• Send you GETS commercial information, whenever you authorize it.
• Comply with legal and accounting obligations.
• Improve our website and our services.

4. Data subject rights

You can access, update, correct and delete your data, request proof of your authorization, be informed of how we use it, revoke your authorization and file complaints with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.

5. How to exercise your rights

Email info@gets.com.co with your name, ID number and request. Inquiries are answered within 10 business days and complaints within 15 business days, as required by law.

6. Security and transfer

We apply technical and administrative measures to protect your information. Some data may be hosted with cloud providers outside Colombia that offer adequate levels of protection.
